Second week of Christmas

Rachel is part of a group of English speaking friends from America, New Zealand, and Australia who get together once a month. I was able to join them for the first time this year, we had a great time! This picture is just before the party got going, afterward who had time for pictures.

The next day we were off to pick out the perfect Christmas tree. I love this place, it's the 3rd year we've gotten our tree here.

It was snowing soo hard.

The Christmas tree lot is really quaint and they serve snaps!

See what I mean about the snow, it's a white out.

On Sunday Hannah and David served as alter people. It's always great to see them pitching in and they look so angelic.

After church, the tree is home and Rachel spent about 3 lifetimes putting on the lights.

Andy and Rachel made an amazing meal. Deer goulash, red cabbage and knoodle. Ummmmmm!

One of the chefs.

A little something sweet.

The next day we went to the market on town. It snowed again but even harder.

One of our stops was a cheese shop, oh my goodness I wanted to move in!

David met us for lunch, he's such a pleasant dinner companion. We went to the Kornmesser. I had white sausage, David and Mike had spinach spatzle, don't ask.

We walked home in the driving snow and when we turned down the Burger's street Jacob was there to meet us.

Hannah too, but she had mischief on her mind!
